For the Nicolas Klotz and Elisabeth Perceval exhibition, the filmmakers called on the words of the Québec poet born in Haïti Rodney Saint-Éloi to stage an audio-visual conversation with one of the fictional characters in Lucile(s).
For this reading we have invited Rodney Saint-Éloi to read to you this exchange in its entirety.
A graduate of Université Laval, Rodney Saint-Éloi is the author of a dozen books of poetry. He is the founder of the publishing house Mémoire d’encrier and a member of the Académie des lettres du Québec.
